Where to look for mentor or network

Karon Mcdaniel

Hi I am 22 year old military member. I am planning on getting out of the military at the end of this year and I believe real estate is where I want to put myself to work. I've bought my first home in 2020 and rent out the extra rooms in order to save money. My goal has been to become financially independent through rentals since I was younger. Now I am looking at wholesaling and want to put that money towards buying more property. I am trying to find a mentor and I am not sure where I should be looking or the best places to network with people that are versed in multiple areas of real estate. Any advice is appreciated.
