Looking for advice on long distance rehabbing
I am considering buying a triplex in a town about 2 hours from where I live. The structure is over 100 years old and is going to need extensive rehab. Looking for advice on how to manage the job from a distance, how to find a good GC and get the job done on time. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
