Started by accident but now want to jump further in

Accidently got into real estate by moving for a job and having to rent out my old home for 3 years in Raleigh.

Returns were not good rent wise but made i decent profit when i sold the house in 2020.

Currently located in Huntingtown, MD and am looking for different options with the best returns.

There seem to be very few homes near me in that 'sweet spot' price and rent wise.

Ive also started looking into duplexs and triplexes further afield as there seems to be more availible with better potential returns when compared to a single family home.

I have around 200k to invest.
