Seattle Newbie Investor

Hello, 

I currently live in Seattle and would like to house hack in the suburbs close to Seattle and Bellevue. Currently, I have 3 cities in mind: Kent, Des Moines, and Renton. I am now trying to narrow them down to even more specific neighborhoods. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
