First flip purchase in Salt Lake

I just bought my first flip today. I am cautiously optimistic. I can't thank everyone here enough for all of the kind words and quick collegial support that everyone gives.

The property is in the Mill Creek area in Salt Lake.  The goal now is to have it on the market by April 2nd.  Happy New Year to All.
