Getting a partner for the first deal
At this point I have found a few House hack deals which will allow me to live for free and yield greater than 40% when I move out. The biggest problem lies in having a co-signer or a partner. I have the money to put down the 3.5% for an FHA loan, but since I am a college student I do not have the verifiable income to prove it to the bank.
What are some ways to connect with people and get a co-signer?
