Crime while evaluating the investment Property Cedar Park Tx

Based on the rental real estate books crime is serious no when buying investment properties. I am looking into Cedar Park and Round Rock areas It is hard to find areas where there is no crime.  I am wondering how other investors determine crime as "Don't Buy" vs. it is ok to buy

https://www.trulia.com/p/tx/ce...

Sample Property: 1224 Darless Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613

Question is is there rule of thumb say 10 blocks or 2 mile radius no Highest Crime ?

Here I am trying to understand how investors do for long distance investing as I am not in the area.

Thank you!!!

@Krishma Dutta There is no such thing as a neighborhood or zip code with "no" crime. Crime comes in various forms, from small complaints and petty crime, up to violent crime. The vast majority of the Austin area is fairly safe when it comes to crime in my opinion and I've lived here nearly 30 years. Just know issues will happen anywhere two people or more reside :)
