Did you know that the first thing an appraiser does at the property is to measure the square footage of the home?  Real Estate is a price per square foot industry.  Whatever number is used will determine the market value of the home, so accurate size matters.  The appraiser ensures that they have an accurate size to determine the market value, shouldn't you?
