Hey everyone! I am looking to start building a team in the central Indiana/Indianapolis market. I would be investing from out of state. I'd love to start getting to know some folks in the area, particularly investor friendly realtors, property managers, etc. Looking to find my "core 4". Who here is having success in this market? I'd love to hear about how you got started and if you have any recommendations of who to work with!
