I went to Subsequent tax sale in my county without any idea about what to buy. I thought all those tax lien auction properties are in class C or D area. I bought Class B- house for 13 K, 6 acres land in Class A+ and another small lot in same area for SFH ( I thought it was house according to pic in Google, but it was next door house) I was surprised to me at the end after I won bidding. Guess I will learn about new construction. Spend 47k for 3 properties as my very first deal(never spend that much in a day before) I'm going to learn about subdivisions and new construction. It will take 2 months to get title clear. Now my questions are, should I buy under my personal name or LLC (don't have LLC yet? Or land trust? Whom to see about land new construction or subdivision? An architect or zoning officer or builders? So much to learn, counting on your expertises!! Please help
