Occupied Property

Hello All,
I am relatively new to this so bare with me.
I recently found a multifamily property listed on an MLS at around $25k, it doesn't look too bad from the outside from what i can see (although that inst saying too much). My dilemma is that the property is currently fully occupied with tenants and I'm not sure if I can check the inside out. It comes at a great price but I'm not sure of the drawbacks either. Has anyone shared the same experience or any similar experience? Any replies and or advice will be great as I am a first time investor.

Thank you all!
