Hi everyone, I moved to Columbia 3 years ago and I'm interested in trying to wholesale properties in the Mid-MO area. Looking forward to finding connections and gaining some knowledge of the REI business. My goals are to begin with wholesale and then eventually become a property investor whenever that time comes. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
