1st deal under contract (partnership) help !

I am under contract on my first rental property with a partner. They are on the mortgage note but we are both on the deed as owners. Splitting all out of pocket cost 50/50. We have no LLC or partnership agreements in writing. We close 1/21. Could use some help ?
