New to the US - how can I get started?

Hi

I just moved to the US from Switzerland and want to get into real estate investing. I have already looked at some rentals to purchase and found a good deal I want to move on. As I literally just immigrated 3 days ago, I don't have a SSN, therefore can't get a bank account AND I am still employed in Switzerland so have no income in the US. Does anyone have an idea or suggestion on how to get a loan?
