Northern PA investment ideas

Hello All

I currently live in NY and own 1 rental property in queens NY and am looking to start purchasing rental properties in PA and ideally have a PM a company manage them. Any ideas on towns and home size to look for (single family or multi family)

I also have owned a contracting company for 15 years and have the ability to renovate etc.

Other areas in the country I could be interested in just looking for some ideas any feedback is much appreciated.
