Hello everyone and happy new year! My name is Jessiel Gonzalez-Pargas. I’m from a little island called Puerto Rico in the Caribbean. For 2021 I’ve set a goal to buy my first rental property, to start my real estate portfolio and generating cash flow.

Thanks to Bigger Pockets podcast and YouTube videos I feel ready to move forward. Now, I would like to know is there anyone who has done deals here in the island? I would like to know your experience and learn how you did it.
