Difference between Brandon Turner's books?

Hello,

I'm a new investor working on building my knowledge base. I'm trying to decide between getting How to Invest in Real Estate by Brandon Turner, or The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth With Intelligent Buy and Hold Real Estate Investing, also by Turner. I can't seem to find information on what the difference between these books really is. Does anyone reccomend one over the other for an aspiring investor?
