Selecting a Tax pro when starting out
Two part question:
Part One: if you're just getting started and intend to do one small local multifamily in 2021, but more down the road, would you use a local tax pro, and how would you find a qualified one?
Part Two: would you use that same tax pro for your personal taxes?
Thanks!

Thanks @Basit Siddiqi and @Bill Hampton! I appreciate the quick response; very helpful! I did attempt to ask for a recommendation on my very first rookie post, but the admin sent me to time out - apparently asking folks to name some names is a no-no. I have a couple of friends that are real estate investors, and I'll ask them for recommendations. I'd like to identify a tax pro before the season gets crazy.
For a phone interview with candidates, I should ask about experience in my local area (NC & SC), correct? Any other suggestions for critical questions to ask?
Again, I really appreciate the insight you both bring to this topic!
