Killeen New build and long term investment subdivision

Hi All,

Wanted to check the opinion on long term investment and what subdivision would be best out of these or any other

Yowell Ranch : with HOA lots looked smaller when I looked

Estancia West : No HOA lots and houses seems farther away

Splawn Ranch : Has HOA
