New Philadelphia Investor looking to shadow

Hi I'm a new philadelphia investor that is hoping to learn more about flipping homes for an end user. 

I would love to shadow a contractor to learn more about the rehab process,  permits/license,  and cost. 

I would also like to spend time with an appraiser to get an idea of how you look at comps in regards to loans and refinancing.

Hoping to make new friends soon, I am free for the next 2 weeks!!! (Until January 17. Happy New Year!!
