B-Class in Harford County

My wife and I are trying to get started with our second attempt at REI. The first time I bought a place in Baltimore city but the wrong area and didn't have any idea on what it meant to be a landlord with a very young family. Long story short it went very bad! However, I still see how REI can help my me reach goals. Now with some experience (bad experience) I would like to get back in the game but finding it hard to find a single family property in Harford Co. Anyone with some experience in that area would love to get some tips!
