what education is required to work with mortgages
Hi,
I have been working in and around real estate for the last 6 years as a landlord, contractor(flooring, painting, trim, light plumbing, light electric, trim work, drywall repair), air bnb manager, and I have consulted a few clients on properties they were going to buy. I have recently began researching the requirements to become a mortgage loan officer and I am curious if there are any loan officers in this group that could shed some light on what certifications and education helped them start out in the field.
Thank you
