I'm currently a 20 year old, full time college student with full time job. I started investing into into my 401k and a Roth IRA. I really want to get into real estate. I'm looking to house hack with maybe a duplex or something else. I have built up a decent savings for the goal of purchasing my first deal. I recently started building my credit using a credit card. I have no other debt. Any advice would be great.
