Just starting out in real estate
I'm 24 & I currently own/operate a small personal training business but I'd really like to get my feet wet when it comes to flipping/ investing in real estate. I just finished my 40 hour pre license class & i'm studying for the test now. I have an opportunity to work under a brokerage to learn the ropes & make my own schedule so I have the extra time on my hands, but I'm torn. Is it worth being an agent for a few years to learn the ropes and make some $$$? or is it worth hopping right in to flipping/ investing and make extra $$$ that way to begin with? just putting this out to see what you all think, pretty sure I'm the only one I know in my family/ Inner circle who is interested in this.
Thanks!
