Direct Mail Marketing Template

Samuel Czarnecki
Posted

Hi all,

I’ve been a big fan of BiggerPockets for a while now but have mostly stuck to podcasts and books to begin my education. The past couple of years I have been working on getting my financial house in order (building credit score, paying off student debit, and building a cash reserve). I still have a couple of months before I reach my goal for cash reserves, but am looking to start building my foundation for finding deals and making offers. My next steps on the journey are to begin analyzing deals daily and formulate a plan for finding deals. I have started to reread Brandon Turners “The Book on Rental Property Investing” and believe direct mail marketing is the best (although labor intensive) way to find deals in my market. So my long winded prelude leads to my question, are there any recommendations on a direct mail letter format? Also any other tips/recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks,

Sam
