Looking for Core 4 in Naples/Fort Myer area

Hi all,

We are in Naples through the 27th of December.  My wife and I would like to meet with a few Rockstars in the next few days if possible.  We are interested in BRRRRing properties in this area.  We are buy-and-hold investors, and are looking for properties that need a lot of work.  We will pay cash, close quickly, pay closing fees, and will buy as-is.  We are still learning the market, and not sure what we would expect for rent, but would prefer to buy something that would be worth approx. $150-200k once renovation was finished.

I look forward to networking with you.
