Getting Started Whole selling

I’m going to get started whole selling. I just want to know the processes that y’all are going about it after you find the deal? Did y’all use a lawyer to write up your contracts? How are y’all determining how much you want to make on your sale? Do your buyers pay cash or finance? Thanks for the feedback and if y’all have any other tips or advice I’d appreciate it!
