So for full disclosure i am not very active on BP. However i am a very active real estate investor in my market. Im also a licensed realtor in VA and WV. I would like to diversify my rental portfolio into some other metros and am hoping to use BP as a way to reach out to other investors who are looking to do the same. Would want to talk to others with some experience already looking to maybe do the same. I figured if someone was willing to provide me with some good rentals in there areas i could do the same in my areas. I work berkeley county and jefferson county, WV. Hagerstown md, frederick county, va some parts of northern virginia. I especially interested in alabama, florida, tennessee and major south east parts of united states. I can easily deliver rental deals in my area that follow the 1 percent rule of close to it. typically give you about 20 percent equity in the deal. If this interests anyone we should start a conversation. Im also interested in other people thoughts about investing out of state. To be clear im not a newbie in real estate investing but i have never done anything more then 1-2 hours away from my home.
