House hacking w/Air Bnb

Real Estate Rookie here! I recently got pre-approval and am looking to purchase my first home which I plan to house hack. I’m looking at duplexes but am also exploring single family homes.

I’m specifically thinking about buying a single family home and Air BnB’ing the basement (private entrance w/full bath). Anyone have experience with Air Bnb? Any tips or book recommendations?
