Building Relationships with Elder Law Attorneys

Hey everybody, 

This is my first post on the forums here and I have a question for you all. I am trying to build a relationship with some elder law attorneys in the south coast MA area to find deals off market. I just tried to call a few and quickly found out I don't know what I'm really asking besides "Do you have any homes you are trying to sell at the moment?" If you are familiar with these relationships I would appreciate any advice you can give on how to establish one. Thank you for your time!
