Hey all! Looking at properties ITP to house hack - rent by the room style. Possibly airbnb if nestled close enough to the airport and the mula makes sense. Thought I'd keep building my team before I start my job in T minus 10 days! Would love to hear from property managers in the area. Any and all advice is welcome!! Thanks in advance 💪
