how to attract more clients and expand the business

Hello, I'm a real estate agent and have been in the business for two years now. I'm with a small brokerage, yet a lot of people suggest going to a bigger broker. I want to stick it out with the broker i'm with but have had little to no success. My question how do i go about attracting clients, closing the sale and expanding my business?
