23 Years old, Bought first property... next move?
Hey Guys,
My name is Connor; I’m from Jupiter, FL and I have small construction company. Tomorrow I will be closing on a townhouse, my first property. I’m looking to scale using multi family with the capital I have now.
I keep holding back from buying anything now because I feel a rise in inventory next year. What are your guys thoughts on moving into the multi family sector?
