Washington State and Inslee
Hey All,
Should I be concerned about buying another property in WA state right now with the extension Inslee has made for tenants to put off paying rent? (I live in Vancouver)
Is there any help for landlords if tenants just don't pay? We are trying prepared for this, but it sounds rough! For those of you who have lost rent, is there any hope of recovering that or getting financial assistance?
Let me know your thoughts.

@Courtney Clark, I agree, WA State is not the friendliest landlord state, but we still have good deals in here. Appreciation is also great especially if you are investing in the Greater Seattle area.
Having a thorough screening and good tenants will reduce the probability of having a tenant who is not paying rent.
There are also different assistance programs that can help tenants. You can find one of them is the WA211 dot org website.
Feel free to reach out if you needed something in the greater Seattle area.
Best of luck!
