House Hacking in LA on a Budget
Hi BP!
I am a newbie looking to invest in my first property in Los Angeles. I have a budget of 400k all in with 10% down so my options are very limited. I wanted to know if house hacking in LA is still possible (I don't mind having a roommate). Any recommendations about any neighborhoods that would work best? Any other tips? My goal is to buy something in the next 6 months. Thanks!
