refinancing more than 4 rental properties
I understand that you can only have up to 4 mortgages. In order to scale my portfolio beyond that point would I use a portfolio lender to refi my properties? I'm sort of stuck, and not sure I understand how to scale my portfolio to 10,20,50,100 properties if I was able to do that. Can someone enlighten me?
