How do you feel about the current rental market?

Have you noticed the vacancy rate increase and the drop in rental pricing for residential and commercial properties? This is definitely due to COVID the lack of immigration, students and foreign students in rentals. Business shutdowns and closures from Government choices. What are your thoughts?

I have noticed many month to month renters are moving due to the decline in rental prices and incentives.

How are you handling this situation? Are you cashing out? When would you cash out? What are your incentives? Has your buying strategy changed? (Brrrr , flip, wholesaling, hold for long term) Are you taking advantage of the reduced prices in the market? Commercial, residential, condo market from the Precon (Pre construction) buyers? Have you noticed the prices in your area? I noticed changes in many areas GTA, Toronto, Kitchener Cambridge, Keswick Hamilton Canada USA... What do you think? Is the government coming in to help with strategies? What strategies do you suggest? How has it changed your investment strategy?
