How can I whoelsale in Florida Legally?

(Sorry, spelt Wholesale wrong in the title)

Hi! I'm an 18 year old college student who wants to get into wholesaling but was wondering if it's legal in Florida. Some replies from other posts say it's illegal without a real estate license while others say it's legal if you do it correctly such as not marketing the house like you're the seller.
