I'm a 37 year old physician who just recently payed off all my student loans (> 275K!). I live very modestly and responsibly. Now looking to build my wealth through real estate near Tampa FL. I live in Wesley Chapel. Looking to scale fast. I am looking to build a team. Would love to hear from real estate agents, wholesalers, and private money lenders If the deal makes sense.
