Out of state investing
Hello everyone! In my current situation, I have a decent amount of capital saved up but I'm on the east coast and it's very expensive out here I'm wondering how everyone started on their out-of-state journey any tips and stories of your journey would be more than appreciated. I'm at the point where i just want to jump right in but don't want to bite off more than i can chew. I want to be able to BRRRR my properties and hold them and build a massive portfolio of RE. What steps do i need to take to own out of state. Are there rules and laws for out of state investing?
