Newbie Advice roadmap question

Posted

Hello BP family! I find myself looking for some guidance on jumping in! I have set up my LLC, created my websites etc. I have taken a couple courses and feel like I know enough to be dangerous! To give some background I have 20 plus years in sales, I own 4 properties currently all were bought traditionally. I want to start REI full time! I have been approached by a few companies to be a acquisitions manager. I wonder if I should work that angle and learn that way??? I feel honestly that I need a coach or possibly a accountability partner that can walk with me thru a deal or two to help me get out of my own way..... I am open and grateful for any feedback and suggestions! I am interested in rentals, wholesaling and BRRRR.
