Finding an Equity Partnership

Hey BP,

Is anyone currently in an equity partnership?

I am trying to figure out how to partner with someone.

I have all the skills and knowledge to be successful in investing, but with none of the money.

How did you find your partner?

Thanks!

@Mitch Huffman

Bring us a deal.

Have your homework done, tell us where to send the check, and let us know when we can expect our money.

The homework is the important stuff.  On the first deal I'm not going to trust a single thing you put to paper/email. So make sure I can verify everything for my underwriting.  Make it really easy, make sure it is profitable for both/all parties, and make sure it actually makes sense in your area.

I just bought a place in Hamilton, OH.  Closed this morning.
