Home Inspector and property managers in Eastpointe MI area

Hello,

Anyone have any home inspectors or property management companies you could recommend for an out of state investor. I'm  potentially purchasing a rental in the Eastpointe,  MI area and I'm nervous about just going with agents recommendations.
