First Time Wholesale Advice

I'm an aspiring new wholesaler in Knoxville, TN, and was looking for some advice from the more seasoned vets on here. I would love a checklist of the steps I need to be sure that I take in order to successfully complete a deal. I also would love to know how you format offer letters. I have heard about the "Assign contracts," but I am looking for some more specifics. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
