Question regarding working with investor for mortgage
Hi everyone,
I am a US expat and I am applying for a mortgage for an investment property in the US. I have been communicating with the mortgage broker for the past few weeks. Recently, he suggested that work with his investor directly. Is this common in the mortgage process? Does anybody have experience like this? If I am to work with investor directly, are there anything I should be aware of?
