Real Estate License: Yay or Nay?
As a new investor I realize I have many options in beginning my real estate investing journey. One of which is obtaining my real estate license. My initial plan was to get the license simply for knowledge of how agents process the deal, as well as potentially closing on any deals I find for myself. Is it recommended to gain knowledge by actually looking for my first deal and let experience be my teacher without the license or get the license and then let experience be the teacher?
Any advice/insight is much appreciated.
