Hi,
I'm looking in purchasing my first home/investment property. I've been doing some research and I know there are a lot of programs out there to help with closing cost and or downs payments. FHA loans, and I just learned about a program called NACA. I'm currently in Landover MD but looking to buy in Baltimore/Baltimore county. If I find a good deal I'm willing to move anywhere close my my job in Lanham MD. I really want to take advantage of the programs out there and house hack. Maybe look for a duplex live in one and rent the other to get started in real estate.
What do you guys recommend as far a programs and or strategies to get started in real estate?
