Have $60k in California, want to invest but need a home! Ideas?
Hi, I'm brand new at this. Very interested in investing in real estate, or buying and selling RE. I live in Northern California, and I'm about to be homeless. I have only $60k, not very much, I know, but does anyone have any suggestions to make this money work for me? What would you guys do? Desperate for advice on where to find off market deals or best deals to buy fast! Please help?
