House Hacking Question - is this a duplex or SFH?

Hi BP family, this is my first post here after spending some time browsing the BP forums!

My partner and I are interested in house hacking, and are currently spending time doing deal analysis and exploring options. I'm trying to figure out if this property in Oakdale, MN is a duplex or SFH? I've seen it listed as 'multi-family home' (Realtor), 'multiple occupancy' (Zillow), 'multi-family duplex' (Redfin), and 'single-family residential' (on the same Redfin page) on different sites, and the Oakdale Zoning Map provides the following information:

Zoning: R3 - Low Density Residential
Land Use: Single Family Residential

I've read stories about people buying property advertised as duplexes, just to find out they're not zoned as such. How can properties like this be rented out to another family, and what other considerations might there be?
