RIP Old School Real Estate Rick Jarman

One of his goals was to make it on Bigger Pockets Podcast and he accomplished that this year. He was a friend of mine and a true pioneer for real estate investing. As a builder, broker, and cashflow king: he truly helped so many people. 

I'm sad that I found out that he died on December 3rd from Covid 19. He opened his home up to me, hell wanted me to move there. 

He was truly my biggest Instagram cheerleader. But more than that he was my friend/mentor. 

I always told him it is not IF I will put out content, it is WHEN. Well WHEN is NOW. 

So how did Rick Jarman help any of you???
